Our History

Construction Lead Journal has more than 17 years experience in offering building permits as leads to subcontractors in the construction industry.  Originally offering building permits along the Wasatch Front (Salt Lake City, Provo, Ogden, and Park City Utah), we have grown to 19 metropolitan areas in 10 western states and now publish more than 3,000 building permits each week in our 19 building permit lists.

Our goal is your success. Only when our clients are able to make more money do we feel that we are successful.

As is the case with every industry, construction jobs are often competitive. Knowing this was the foundation of the company. By offering building permit lists as leads, our clients can be weeks ahead of the competition. However, we don't just sell the leads. We also enhance the information finding every piece of contact information possible to ensure that our lead of building permits are the most complete, informative, and effective leads in the business.
